The purpose of the society is to promote interest and activities related to the support of athletics, to coordinate any and all activities and fund raising projects to aid designated local charities and to mutually benefit its members by discussion, encouragement and advancement of athletics at all levels.

The Baltimore Tailgators Society, Inc. takes another step in helping the community.

The Society is proud to announce that in January '07, we joined forces with The State Highway Administration in the Adopt a Highway campaign.  We are responsible for the cleaning of Ordnance Road from Ritchie Highway to Route 10. The members will clean up the road side four times a year.
